摘  要:本研究利用17个微卫星标记分析广西境内德保猪、隆林猪和石头猪3个品种的群体微卫星遗传多样性及亲缘关系。通过计算它们的微卫星遗传多样性参数,分析3个品种猪的遗传结构变异。结果显示:德保猪、隆林猪和石头猪3个品种的61个个体共检测到了199个等位基因,各位点的等位基因数为8—19个;平均多态信息含量为0.7175,期望杂合度分别为0.7152、0.8009、0.7942,表明其皆含有丰富的多态信息及较大范围的遗传变异程度;遗传距离分别为0.4616、0.3226、0.2782,遗传相似度系数分别为0.6303、0.7243、0.7572,表明3种猪之间存在着一定的基因交流,为广西地方猪种质资源的合理利用和保护提供理论依据。In order to evaluate the genetic diversity and relationship of Guangxi Longlin pigs, Debao pigs and Shitou pigs, 17 microsatellite markers microsatellite were analyzed. The genetic structural variation of the 3 pigs was analyzed by calculating their microsatellite genetic diversity parameters. The results showed that 199 alleles were detected in 61 individuals of Longlin pigs, Debao pigs and Shitou pigs and the number of each locus was 8-19; The average polymorphic information content was 0.717 5 and expected heterozygosity were 0.715 2, 0.800 9, 0.794 2, indicating they are rich in polymorphic information and display a wide range of genetic variability; Genetic distances were 0.461 6, 0.322 6, 0.278 2 and genetic similarity coefficient were 0.630 3, 0.724 3, 0.757 2. Results revealed that there were some gene flow among the 3 pigs, roviding a theoretical basis rational use and protection for the germplasm resources of Guangxi local swine.
