摘　　要：以2种人体病原细菌为靶标菌，采用琼脂块法从越南槐内生真菌中筛选拮抗菌株，以改良的微量肉汤稀释法测定其代谢产物的抗菌活性；根据形态和分子特征鉴定拮抗菌株的分类学地位。结果表明，菌株JXRPH-14和TRXY-9的活菌块对病原细菌的抑菌圈直径分别约等于或大于阳性对照；其代谢产物对病原细菌的最小抑菌浓度为20～40μg／mL，仅为阳性对照的20—40倍；初步鉴定这2株内生菌为不同的镰孢菌。菌株JXRPH-14和TRXY-9鉴定为不同的镰孢菌，对参试2种人体病原细菌均显示较强的抗菌活性，具有较大的开发应用潜力。The antibacterial strains against two pathogenic bacteria were screened from endophytic fungi isolated from Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep using the agar plug method. The in vitro antibacterial activity of the metabolites from these strains against two pathogenic bacteria was tested using modified broth microdilution method. The taxonomic identification of antibacterial strains was based on morphological characters and molecular characters. The diameter of the inhibition zone from strains JXRPH-14 and TRXY-9 against pathogenic bacteria was almost equal to or greater than that of positive control, respectively; The minimal inhibitory concentration values of the metabolites from these strains against pathogenic bacteria in the range 20 to 40 μg/mL were only twenty to forty times higher than that of positive control. Two strains belonged to Fusarium, but different from each other among species. Strains JXRPH-14 and TRXY-9 were preliminarily identified as different Fusariurn sp. and exhibited strongly antimicrobial activity. They should be interesting isolates for the exploration and utilization.
