民族地区中心城市参与国家战略策略研究——呼和浩特市民族文化交流中心城市建设构想

摘　　要：2015年10月经国务院批复的《环渤海地区合作发展纲要》正式发布,该《纲要》以促进特色发展、错位发展、互动发展的地区合作为基础,明确了内蒙古自治区为环渤海地区合作的主要省(区、市),同时明确了内蒙古自治区首府呼和浩特市为环渤海地区内陆合作的战略中心城市。新的发展形势为内蒙古自治区及首府城市立足自身优势参与国家战略创造了前所未有的发展机遇。在此背景,探讨内蒙古自治区首府发挥地区文化资源优势建设民族文化交流中心城市,旨在为民族地区特色发展、错位发展、互动发展研究提供参考。October 12,2015 by the ＂ Platform for Cooperation and Development Bohai Sea region,＂ the State Council officially approved the release of the ＂ Outline ＂ to promote cooperation in the development of regional specialties,dislocation development,interactive development,based on a clear Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for the Bohai Sea regional cooperation the main provinces（ autonomous regions and municipalities）,while clearly the capital of Hohhot in Inner Mongolia is landlocked cooperation in the Bohai Sea region＇s strategic center of the city. New developments for the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and based on its own resources to participate in the national strategy has created an unprecedented opportunity for development. In this context,the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to explore the use of cultural resources and cultural exchange center in Ethnic Area city aims to develop national regional specialties,dislocation development,Interactive Development of reference.
