摘 要:测定旱柳叶中黄酮含量,并以Vc为对照,采用清除DPPH·法评价旱柳叶黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明,旱柳叶中黄酮含量为3.38%。在质量浓度为10.5μg/m L时,旱柳叶黄酮对DPPH·的清除率可达87.9%,而Vc为96.4%。旱柳叶黄酮的EC50为3.78μg/m L,Vc的EC50为3.09μg/m L。旱柳叶黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性。The aim was to determine flavonoids from Salix matsudana leaves. Meanwhile,taken Vc as control,the antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Salix matsudana leaves had been evaluated with scavenging DPPHo. The results showed that the flavonoids content of Salix matsudana leaves was 3. 38%. When the mass concentration was 10. 5 μg / m L,the scavenging rate of flavonoids on DPPH· was 87. 9%,while the Vc on DPPH· was 96. 4%. The EC50 of flavonoids was 3. 78μg / m L,EC50 of Vc was 3. 09μg / m L. The flavonoids from Salix matsudana leaves possessed strong antioxidant activity.
