纯羊绒大肚波纹复合花式纱的研发

摘　　要：选用细度15-16μm,长度28-30 mm的山羊绒纤维,通过粗纺纺纱流程,生产26 Nm羊绒单纱;选用细度16.7μm,长度36-38 mm的山羊绒纤维,通过羊绒精纺纺纱流程,生产2 Nm羊绒粗纱;采用2 Nm羊绒粗纱做饰纱,26 Nm羊绒单纱做芯线、固线,通过花式捻线机生产大肚波纹复合花式纱线,采用该纱线制作的针织制品手感柔软,立体感强,弹性好,独特的工艺设计呈现出镂空效果,大大提高了山羊绒纤维的附加价值,将传统的羊绒纤维引入时尚领域。first,choose the fineness of 15 to 16 μm,cashmere fiber,28 to 30 mm in length with woollen spinning processes,production of 26 Nm wool single yarn; Choose next fineness 16. 7 μm,cashmere fiber,36 ~ 38 mm in length with cashmere worsted spinning processes,production 2 Nm cashmere roving; With 2 Nm cashmere yarn,roving do finally made core 26 Nm wool single yarn,solid line,by an Italian company PAFA of fancy twister and heavily corrugated compound fancy yarn,knitted products made of this yarn soft,stereo sense is strong,good elasticity,unique process design presents the hollow-out effect,greatly improving the additional value of cashmere fiber,introducing the traditional cashmere fiber fashion.
