New technology for small quantity of sliver mixing

摘  要:结合纺纱工艺,计算研究50 kg毛条中某1 m条子经复精梳和前纺工序反复并合牵伸时,在整体原料内的分布情况,说明1 m条子到前纺混条工序能够充分均匀混合于50 kg原料内。混条就是要求原料里的每米条子都能够充分混合到整体原料中,由此推断,小批量混条时,不需要按照传统的混条工艺预先"混匀",可以把不同色相不同成分的原料按照一定根数随机混合,在复精梳和前纺加工过程中能够混合均匀。通过对比试验和实际应用得到了验证,可使小批量混条工艺变得简单易于操作,生产效率大幅提高。To put forward question,according to detailed spinning technology,when a kind of 1meter top in 50 kg tops is drawed repeatedly through recombing and fore-spinning process,calculated and reached distributing situation of 1 meter top in the whole materials,the result explained that 1meter top can be enoung to mix into 50 kg material till to fore-spinning. Mixed-top is required material of each top is fully mixed into the whole materials,by inference,when small quantity,we needn' t fully mix in advanced according to traditional technology,the different color and components of the raw materials according to a certain numbe of the random mixing. They can even mix in the process of recombing and fore-spinning. By comparison of the experimental and practical application are verified,such small mixing process becomes simple and easy to operate,and greatly improving the production efficiency.
