林肯羊改良和田羊的羊毛性能及对地毯质量的影响

摘　　要：介绍采用林肯羊改良和田羊的羊毛性能,通过大量改良前后羊毛纤维的类型、长度、弹性、色度、细度等物理结构和纺织性能的实验数据对比分析,得出:改良后和田毛中绒毛、两型毛所占比例上升,粗毛、干死毛所占比例下降,改良后和田羊毛毛丛长度变长,是和田地毯浮毛少掉毛率低、久踩不倒优良品质的主要原因,羊毛纤维细度变粗,改良后抗压缩弹性有所下降,但对和田地毯的整体弹性影响不大,改良后羊毛亮度和白度没有显著变化,黄度有所下降。This paper introduces the performance of Hetian sheep wool improved by Lincoln sheep.By a large number of experimental data before and after the improvement of wool fiber type,length,flexibility,color,fineness and other physical structures and properties of textile comparative,the analysis results show： improved Hetian wool,the proportion of down hair and two types of hair is rise; coarse,the proportion of dry dead hair is decline,after improvement Hetian wool staple length becomes longer,so the Hetian carpet has little floating hair and low lint-free rate,long tread does not fall,improved wool fineness became thicker,after improved resistance to compression elasticity has declined,but has little effect on the overall elastic properties of Hetian carpets,wool brightness and whiteness did not change significantly,after the improvement yellowness has been decline.
