摘 要:印染厂的染色污水是目前最难处理的污水之一,为了处理印染厂排放的染色废水,文章以壳聚糖相对于硅藻土的最佳质量分数0.5%制备壳聚糖改性硅藻土,用于处理酸性染料废水;并研究了壳聚糖改性硅藻土处理酸性染料废水的最佳条件,结论为:壳聚糖改性硅藻土的投加量是100 g/L,染料废水初始质量浓度不超过0.4 g/L,染料废水的p H值为3,吸附时间50 min,对酸性染料废水的脱色率和COD去除率最好。Dyeing-wastewater of print plant is one of the most difficult to dispose,in order to deal the dyeing-wastewater which was emitted from print plant. In this paper,chitomite-modified diatomite,which was prepared by optimum mass ratio 0. 5% of chitomite versus diatomite,was applied to tackle aciddyeing wastewater. The optimum condition of chitomite-modified diatomite tackling acid-dyeing wastewater was discussed. The conclusion was that: the decolor rate and COD removal ratio of acid-dye wastewater was optimum when the dosage of chitomite-modified diatomite was 100 g / L,the virgin concentration of acid-dyeing wastewater was less than 0. 4 g / L acid-dyeing wastewater p H value was 10,the adsorption time was 50 min.
