摘 要:以废旧毛/涤混纺面料为原料,采用还原C法提取出角蛋白,将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混,用静电纺丝法制备出再生化纤维;通过场发射扫描电镜观察与分析,研究接收距离和推进压力对纺丝效果的影响。结果表明:随着接收距离增大,所纺纤维直径变细;推进压力增大,所纺纤维直径明显增大,若推进压力过大,纤维出现弯曲并且直径增大;确定出了最佳接收距离为14 cm,推进压力为0.4 MPa。In order to study the electrostatic spinning factors of wool keratin / PVA regenerated fibers,using waste wool-polyester blended fabrics as raw materials,the wool keratin is extracted by reduction C method. The wool keratin and PVA are blended and the wool keratin / PVA regenerated fibers are made by electrostatic spinning. The impacts of receiving distance and boost pressure on spinning effect are studied by SEM observation and analysis. The results show: the diameter spun fibers becomes thinner with the increasing of receiving distance; with the increasing of boost pressure,the diameter of spun fibers increases significantly; if the boost pressure is too large,the fiber diameter increases and appears bent;the optimum receiving distance is 14 cm and boost pressure is 0. 4 MPa.
