农业科技重点研发方向与协同创新的对策思考——以福建省为例

摘　　要：在调研农业科研院所建设与发展规划的基础上,结合福建省特色现代农业发展实际,简要阐述了农业科技创新重点研发方向;围绕影响和制约全省特色现代农业发展的粮食安全、绿色发展、污染治理、食品安全和设施农业等领域的重大关键技术难题,探讨8项农业科技重点攻关工程的发展思路,提出深入开展协同创新与合作攻关的对策;从农业科研管理视角,提出进一步实施管理机制创新的若干建议。In this paper,combined with the development practice of modern character agriculture in Fujian Province,key development direction of agricultural science and technology innovation were briefly stated based on survey of agricultural scientific research institution development and formulation of development plan. Aiming at great and key technical problems in the fields of food safety,green development,pollution regulation and facility agricultures,which holdback the development of modern agriculture with special characteristics in Fujian Province,some ideas of eight key agricultural science and technology research projects were discussed. Countermeasures were also proposed to deepen coordinated innovation and cooperative research. Meanwhile,opportunities and challenges facing deepening reform of agricultural scientific research institutions were analyzed and some suggestions were put forth to further implement innovation of management mechanism
