摘　　要：南京国民政府初期,在外交部长王正廷的主持下,围绕废除不平等条约开展了一场温和型的革命外交运动。"九一八"事变的爆发打破了这一进程,让王正廷的外交工作异常艰难,最终在民众的抗议下引咎辞职。在这期间,南京国民政府同列强艰苦谈判,收回了关税主权,部分租界与租借地等,但这场外交运动也因国家内忧外患而失败。In the early time of Nanjing national government, Under the host of foreign minister Wang zhengting, the abolition of the unequal treaties has carried out. The diplomatic movement is called a revolution in the mild way. The out- break of the September 18th Incident broke the process, make diplomatic work more difficult. Eventually, he had to re- sign under public protests. During this period, Nanjing national government negotiated with West powers and took back the customs sovereignty, part of concession. But the diplomatic movement also failed because of national malaise.
