摘 要:以Bt低毒表达的陆地棉种质系WG-20为试验材料,与若干Bt高毒表达的抗虫棉品系配制杂交组合,对其F1的Bt毒蛋白表达量、生物学抗虫性进行了分析。结果显示:Bt低毒表达性状对高毒表达性状表现为显性,生物学抗虫性也是低抗性状对抗级性状表现为显性,即低毒Bt基因对高毒Bt基因表现为显性抑制现象;Bt高毒表达材料之间杂交组合的F1则呈现Bt高毒表达,生物学抗性表达规律也是如此,即高毒Bt基因间不存在同源Bt基因表达的沉默现象。In this study,the upland cotton germplasm WG- 20 with low- toxic Bt gene was used as experimental material.Several hybrid combinations were made by crossing between WG- 20 and some high-toxic-Bt insect-resistant cotton strains. The expression level of Bt toxalbumin,and the biological insect-resistance in F1 were analyzed. The results showed that the expression character of low-toxic Bt was dominant to that of high-toxic Bt,and the character of low insect-resistance was also dominant to that of high insect-resistance,namely the expression of low-toxic Bt gene dominantly inhibited to the expression of high-toxic Bt gene. The expression of high-toxic Bt gene was found in the F1 of hybrid combinations from high-toxic Bt cotton strains,and so was the expression of biological insect-resistance,namely the silent expression of homologous Bt gene did not exist among hightoxic Bt genes.
