发展理念引领下的水生态文明实现路径研究

摘　　要：水生态文明发展理念是水生态文明建设理念的延续和升华,是水生态文明建设路径得以创新转变的理论来源。立足于水生态文明发展理念,分析了目前水生态文明发展的困境,提出了以产业支撑、金融调控、公众参与、创新驱动为核心内容的水生态文明发展路径,以期为推进水生态文明建设提供参考。The idea of development of water eco-civilization is the continuation and sublimation of the idea of water eco-civilization construction,and also is the source of theory to innovate and transfer the path of water eco-civilization construction. Based on the idea of water eco-civilization development,this paper analyzed the existent some problems in the development of water eco-civilization at present,and presented the path to develop water eco- civilization,which took industrial support,financial control,public participation,and innovation driving as the core contents,in order to provide reference for the promotion of water eco-civilization construction.
