摘 要:在中国城市建设中,城市更新是个新的课题和命题。通过国内外典型城市的更新历史、更新实践对比研究,更新了"城市更新"观念,提出了城市更新要建立城市建设、经济发展的联系机制、注重微观个体研究和综合城市更新研究的理念。给出了国内城市更新新的定义和诠释,同时,也总结和梳理了广州市城市危(旧)房改造管理工作。在广州城市更新机构改革的新形势下,从有机更新的理念出发,提出了在城市更新大格局下危旧房改造工作精准定位的观点和具体的建议。In China' s urban construction, urban renewal is a new topic and proposition.
