摘　　要：针对高硅4032铝合金熔铸工艺,采用不同的变质剂对熔体进行了变质试验,通过多次试验得出了合理的铸造工艺和铸锭均匀化退火工艺。选用2#或4#钠盐作为变质剂生产的棒材无初晶硅,共晶硅细小均匀,各项指标均满足客户需求。Melting ＆ casting process for 4032 aluminum alloy has been researched. Various modificators have been tested for melt. Reasonable casting process and homogenization annealing process have been obtained after many tests. Each indicator can meet the requirement of customers.
