摘　　要：针对1550铝箔轧机频繁出现工作辊操作侧轴承烧损的现象,对造成工作辊轴承失效的原因进行分析,有针对性地制订出对策及方案,有效地减少了轧机非正常停机时间,消除了设备火灾隐患,保障设备有效运行。In view of frequent operating side bearing burning phenomenon for rolling mill work roll on aluminum foil,failure cause of work roll has been analyzed. Countermeasures and solution are drawn up. Therefore, the mill non-normal downtime was reduced and equipment fire hazards was eliminated, the effective operation of the device is guaranteed.
