摘 要:研究目的:探究土地市场发育程度与城市扩张之间的关系,并验证是否存在库茨涅兹(Kuznets)曲线效应。研究方法:对比分析法、线性回归模型。研究结果:北京、天津、沈阳、武汉、郑州、海口、上海、南京8城市土地市场化水平与城市扩张回归曲线结果是倒U型,其他22城市土地市场与城市扩张呈正相关。研究结论:1.城市土地扩张与土地市场化的库茨涅兹曲线效应在理论上具有可能性,但在实际经验中并不一定成立。只有8个城市土地扩张曲线符合"先快速增长,后缓慢增长,进而趋于平稳"的推断。2.城市扩张的库茨涅兹曲线具有不确定性,土地市场的发育对城市扩张有双向的作用,是否会出现库茨涅兹曲线效应还受其他多种因素的影响。3.可以通过提高土地市场化水平来抑制土地扩张,但还需配合其他产业和经济措施改革。The objective of this paper is to explore the relationship between the degree of market development land between urban sprawl and verify Kuznets curve effect. The methods used is comparative analysis, linear regression model. Results showed that urban land market level and urban sprawl regression curves of Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Haikou, Shanghai, Nanjing are inverted U-shaped, the other 22 city land market was positively correlated with urban expansion. Conclusions: 1. urban land expansion and land market of Kuznets curve effect is theoretically a possibility, but in the actual experience is not necessarily true. Only eight urban land expansion curve in line with the the inference that "first rapid growth, slow growth, and then leveled off" .2. urban expansion Kuznets curve is uncertain and the act development of the land market to urban expansion have two-way, whether there will be Kuznets curve effect is also affected by many other factors. 3.1and expansion can be suppressed by increasing the level of the land market, but also need to cooperate with other industrial and economic reform measures
