摘　　要：近年来,土地腐败问题在各大媒体频现,成为社会各界关注的焦点,但关于土地腐败问题的研究较少且局限于腐败表现形式、问题对策研究,缺乏深度和系统性。基于此,从行为研究角度出发,构建腐败主体、环节、方式三维体系,通过大量典型案例的实证考察,研究分析土地腐败行为规律和特点,旨在为进一步了解土地腐败的一些真实情况提供帮助。In recent years, the question of land corruption are reported frequently in the media, has become the focus of the society from all walks of life, but the research about land corruption is less and confined to cause analysis, countermeasure research, lack of depth and systematic. Based on this, this article from the perspective of behavioral research, build the three dimensional system contain corruption body, links and the way, and through the empirical study of a large number of typical cases, research and analysis the behavior rules and characteristics of corruption, aims to provide some real help for further understand the land corruption.
