烧伤患者康复期疼痛护理的循证研究

摘　　要：目的探讨并总结烧伤患者康复期的疼痛护理方法,以期为提出科学、统一、规范的烧伤疼痛管理方法提供现实依据。方法检索OVID-JBI、Cochrane图书馆、BEST PRACTICE、RNAO、EBSCO-循证护理学数据库、PubMed以及中国生物医学文献数据库(China biology medicine,CBM)公开发表的关于烧伤患者康复期疼痛护理的临床实践指南、证据总结、系统评价、集束化措施,检索时间为从建库到2014年12月31日。由3位评价者单独进行文献的筛除、质量评价和数据提取,并交叉核对。结果本研究共纳入11篇文献,分别为3篇指南、5篇证据总结、3篇系统评价,汇总出疼痛性质、疼痛评估、镇痛时机及非药物镇痛方法。结论护士应分析患者疼痛性质,并进行充分评估,在合适的时机进行镇痛处理,以进一步提高疼痛护理质量。Objective To discuss and summarize the pain nursing methods for burn patients in rehabilita-tion period,in order to promote the scientificity,uniformity and normalization of clinical pain management. Methods The clinical practice,evidence summary,systematic review,clustered measures of pain nursing methods for burn patients in rehabilitation period were searched from OVID-JBI,Cochrane Library,BEST PRACTICE,RNAO,EBSCO,PubMed and CBM.Retrieval time was from the foundation of the database to December 31,2014.The literature screen,quality evaluation and data extract were conducted by three solely working experts and the results were cross checked.Results There were 1 1 articles were included：3 guidelines,5 evidence summaries and 3 systematic reviews.The nature of the pain,pain assessment,anal-gesia time and non-drug analgesia methods were concluded.Conclusions Nurses should analysis the nature of the pain of patients,and evaluate the situation,and provide patients with analgesia treatment,thus to further improve the pain nursing quality.
