摘　　要：绿色农房是当代农房建设发展的必然趋势。针对绿色农房建设过程中的技术、成本、合作方式等问题,在分析绿色农房建设伙伴关系参与方和构成要素的基础上,提出了由农户、施工队、村委会、农民组织等内部参与方和政府、企业、NGO、金融机构等外部参与方共同构成的绿色农房建设伙伴关系模式。以湖北省堰河村为案例,分析了当地绿色农房建设的两种典型模式——NGO引导模式和村委会引导模式。在此基础上,讨论了当前绿色农房推广和发展的有效路径。Green rural housing is the inevitable development trend of contemporary rural housing in China.There are many problems of technology,cost and cooperation method in the process of green rural housing construction.This paper proposes a partnering model of green rural housing construction based on the analysis of participants and inscapes.The partnering model consists of local actors（households,construction teams,village committee and peasant organizations）and external actors（governments, enterprises,NGOs and financing institutions）.The case study of Yanhe Village elaborates two typical construction models of green rural housing：NGO-led model and village committee-led model.On this basis,the paper discusses the popularization and development approach of green rural housing in China.
