摘  要:探索中国的住房公积金抵押贷款证券化发展之路,必须要立足于住房公积金制度改革的顶层设计以及中国住房金融体系的建设。借鉴发达国家和地区的经验,构建可持续的住房公积金贷款抵押证券化长效机制十分必要。就探索政府主导型住房公积金贷款证券化模式及发展路径,提出了思考及政策建议。The explorations in mortgage backed securitization for Housing Provident Fund in China must be based on the strategic level planning of Housing Provident Fund reform, and the development of housing finance system. It's critical to learn from the experience of advanced countries and areas and build a sustainable mortgage backed securitization of Housing Provident Fund for the long term. This paper provides thoughts and policy suggestions regarding exploring the development of the government-oriented mortgage backed securitization for Housing Provident Fund in China
