摘 要:坡口宽度小于5mm的超窄间隙焊接中,当坡口宽度进一步减小时,电弧特性变得很敏感,对焊接工艺参数的适应性要求提高.采用焊剂带约束电弧超窄间隙焊接技术,通过调节坡口宽度和焊接工艺参数研究其对超窄间隙电弧特性的影响规律.结果表明:在超窄间隙坡口中,保持工艺参数不变,坡口宽度减小,会使焊接电流增大,侧壁熔深变宽.当坡口宽度和送丝速度一定时,其焊接电流随电弧电压的增大呈上升趋势,且坡口宽度越窄,焊接电流对电弧电压的变化越敏感.利用不同坡口宽度下的电弧特性可对超窄间隙焊接时所匹配的工艺参数进行有效调控,坡口宽度变窄,所适用的焊接参数减小.In ultra-narrow gap welding with 5 mm or even narrow groove width, the arc characteristics become very sensitive to it and the suitability requirement of welding parameters will be increased. Using ultra-narrow gap welding with flux strips to constrain the arc and changing groove width and welding parameters, its effect on the arc characteristics is investigated. It is shown by the result that in the ultra-narrow gap slope mouth, with the welding parameters unchanged, the groove width will decrease, making the welding current increased and the side wall penetration widened. When the groove width and the wire feed speed is constant, the welding current increase with the arc voltage rising, and the narrower the groove width is, the more sensitive the welding current will be to the change of arc voltage. The matched welding parameters for the ultra narrow gap welding can be effectively controlled by using the arc characteristics under different groove width. When groove width is narrowed, the quantity of applicable welding parameters will reduce.
