摘 要:为了探讨碎石化施工对邻近埋地管道的振动影响,基于最大应变计算方法,研究碎石化施工时管道应力随破碎机械距离、管道埋置深度的变化规律及管道的临界破坏条件.计算结果表明:MHB破碎旧水泥混凝土路面时,当破碎机与钢管的水平距离大于2.0m时可进行正常破碎;管道的安全埋置深度与管径和壁厚的大小密切相关,壁厚为6mm,管径为200、300、350和400mm的钢管安全埋置深度分别为1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5m;壁厚为8mm,管径为500和600mm的钢管安全埋置深度分别为2.5和3.0m.In order to explore the influence of rock-crushing in pavement construction on the vibration of adjacent buried pipelines, the maximum strain computation method was used to investigate the variation pattern of stress within the buried pipeline with positioning distance of the crushers and embedding depth of the pipeline as well as its critical damage condition. The investigation result shows that the horizontal distance between the crusher and the pipeline should be more than 2. 0 m to conduct normal crushing. The safe buried depth of pipeline will be closely related to the diameter of pipe and its wall thickness. As the wall thickness is 6 ram, the safe buried depth will be 1.0 m, 1. 5 m, 2. 0 m and 2. 5 m, respectively, when the diameter of steel pipe is 200 mm, 300 mm, 350 mm and 400 mm, respeetively. When the wall thickness is 8 mm, the save buried depths will be 2. 5 m and 3.0 m respectively for the steel pipe with diameters of 500 mm and 600 mm.
