公平规则的显露对不公平行为的影响

摘　　要：该研究目的是探讨公平规则在分配游戏中的作用.采用分配数学题目的研究范式,研究设计为2(性别)*2(有无公平规则)的混合设计,使用eprime实验平台记录提议者在分配任务中行为反应时和选择倾向.统计结果表明:1)在两种条件下,不同性别被试的反应倾向(t=-1.265,p>0.05;t=-1.634,p>0.05)和反应时(t=1.887,p>0.05;t=0.386,p>0.05)都不显著.2)反应倾向方差分析结果为F=15.786,p<0.001,有显著差异,反应时F=0.751,p>0.05,差异不显著.结论:1)提议者的性别在进行分配游戏中对不公平行为没有影响.2)公平规则的显露会显著地改变提议者的不公平行为,变得公平.The purpose of this study is to explore the individual in the unfair distribution of the game behavior characteristics.Math problems using allocation to research paradigm,the design of 2（information asymmetry）＊ 2（with and without the rules of fairness）of two factors hybrid design,USES the eprime experiment platform records to behavioral responses in the allocation of tasks and tend to choose.Statistical results show that：1）In both conditions,the reaction tends to different genders subjects（t=-1.265,p0.05;t=-1.634,p0.05）and reaction time（t=1.887,p0.05;t=0.386,p0.05）were not significant.2）the reaction tends to ANOVA results for F=15.786,p0.001,significantly different,and the reaction F=0.751,p0.05,the difference was not significant.Conclusion：1）The proponent of gender distribution during the game has no effect on unfair behavior.2）to reveal fair rules will change significantly proponent unfair behavior,it become more equitable.
