摘　　要：目的为恐惧穿刺的恶性肿瘤患儿应用氯胺酮麻醉,获得成功腰椎穿刺等有创操作,协助临床诊断或治疗。方法应用氯胺酮肌内注射,进行基础麻醉,麻醉前后做好护理监测,镇静效果和麻醉复苏程度评估及急救应急预案准备。结果17人次患儿均获得顺利成功穿刺,无不良后果产生。结论通过良好的护理监测和预防措施,应用氯胺酮麻醉对恶性肿瘤患儿实施有创操作,安全有效。Objective Applying ketamine anesthesia for children with malignant tumor who fear of lumbar puncture,to help clinical diagnosis or treatment. Methods Ketamine was intramuscular injected for a basic anesthesia,nursing observation was taken before and after anesthesia and preparing for emergency, sedative effect and anesthesia recovery degree were evaluated. Results Seventeen cases obtained successful puncture, no harmful consequences happened. Conclusion Through adequate nursing care,application of ketamine anesthesia is safe and effective on invasive puncturing for children with malignant tumor.
