苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能及蛋白尿的影响

摘　　要：目的观察苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾脏病对肾功能及蛋白尿的影响。方法将102例慢性肾脏病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予缬沙坦联合苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗,2组均治疗8周。观察2组治疗前后肾功能指标及尿蛋白的变化情况。结果治疗前2组肾功能及尿蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后2组血肌酐、尿素氮、β2微球蛋白均较前明显降低(P均<0.05),但2组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后2周起,2组24 h尿蛋白定量及尿蛋白/肌酐比值呈进行性下降趋势(P均<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更为明显(P均<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾脏病可明显减少尿蛋白,且安全。Objective It is to investigate the effects of Congrong Yishen Granula combined with Valsartan on renal function and albuminuria in the patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with Valsartan, while the observation group was treated with Congrong Yishen Granula in combination with Valsartan. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The renal function and albumi- nuria were compared before and after treatment in both groups. Results There was no difference in renal function and albumi- nuria between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of SCr, BUN and β2 - MG in both groups were all significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but there was no difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The lev- els of 24 h urine protein and Up/Ugcr were significantly decreased since 2 weeks after therapy （ P 〈 0.05）, and the observa- tion group showed lower levels of 24 h urine protein and Up/Ugcr （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the oc- currence rate of side effect between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Congrong Yishen Granula combined with Valsar- tan may improve renal function and reduce albuminuria in chronic kidney disease with a good safety.
