目标管理在胰腺肿瘤患者围手术期快速康复的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨目标管理在胰腺肿瘤围手术期患者快速康复的实践效果。方法按时间段将行胰腺肿瘤手术的88例患者分为对照组,另47例患者分为观察组。对照组采用常规围手术期护理措施,观察组由研究小组基于快速康复理念建立并按照目标达成进行管理。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后首次进食时间、首次下床时间及住院时间显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论目标管理应用于胰腺肿瘤围手术期患者,有助于完成快速康复内容,缩短下床时间,减少患者住院时间,促进术后快速康复。Objective To explore the effect of management by objectives on patients with pancreatic tumor and scheduled for surgery. Methods A total of 88 patients （the control group） to receive pancreatic surgery were managed with conventional nursing care, and another 47 patients （the experimental group） were subjected to management by objectives which were based on an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery （ERAS） program. Results The time for first water drink and first ambulation, and length of hospital stay were significantly shortened in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Management of objectives applied perioperatively to patients with pancreatic tumor, is helpful to fulfill the contents of ERAS program,to shorten the time of first ambulation, to reduce the length of hospital stay, and to promote rapid recovery.
