摘 要:为了研究补气类中药矿质元素的分布特征,以主成分分析和聚类分析法对其矿质元素分布进行分析研究.主成分分析表明,第1主成分F1与Ca、Mg、Fe、K、Al有较高正相关;第2主成分F2与Mg有较高正相关,与Fe、Al较高负相关;第3主成分F_3与Al有较高正相关,与Ca有较高负相关;第4主成分F4与K有较高负相关.聚类分析表明,当补气中药分为3类时,西洋参为一类,白术为一类,山药、大枣、生晒参、白扁豆、甘草、党参及黄芪7味中药归为一类.中药的补气作用与矿质元素分布有关.In order to study the distribution of mineral elements in invigoration qi of Chinese Tradition Medicine, p analysis. Pr tion with th rincipal components analysis and duster analysi s are applied to its mineral elements distribution incipal components analysis indicate that the 1st principal factor(F1 ) has better positive correla- e mineral elements of Ca, Mg, Fe, K and Al; the 2nd principal factor(F2) has better positive correlation with the mineral elements of Mg and negative correlation with the mineral elements of Fe and Al; the 3rd principal factor(F3) has better positive correlation with the mineral elements of A1 and negative correlation with the mineral elements of Ca, and the 4th principal factor(F4) has better negative correlation with the mineral elements of K. It can be seen through analyzing dendrogram of clustering analysis that when the Chinese tradition medicines in invigorating qi are classified into 3 categories. American Ginseng and atractylodes are classified into 2 different categories; Chinese yam, Chinese date, White Ginseng, white hyacinth bean, glycyrrhiza, lanceolata and astragalus are classified into one category. The effect in invigorating qi of Chinese tradition medicine is related to the distribution of mineral elements.
