滋阴生津汤为主治疗激素依赖性皮炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价自拟滋阴生津汤为主治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的80例激素依赖性皮炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组各40例。治疗组采用自拟滋阴生津汤内服、外敷配合外涂保湿霜，对照组口服氯雷他定胶囊、外敷3%硼酸溶液配合外涂保湿霜。2组均治疗8周。观察2组患者治疗前后症状、体征的变化，评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.50%（37/40）、对照组为72.50%（29/40），2组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4.242，P＝0.039）。治疗组治疗后症状、体征评分[（2.70±0.86）分比（10.05±1.25）分，t＝30.638]低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论自拟滋阴生津汤内服、外敷配合外涂保湿霜可改善激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床症状，疗效优于口服氯雷他定胶囊配合外涂保湿霜治疗。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ziyin-Shengjin decoction on the patients with hormone dependence dermatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis were divided into 2 groups （n=40）, according to the random number table. Treatment group was treated with Ziyin-Shengjin decoction for oral administration and for external application, and moisturizing cream, and the control group with oral loratadine capsule, wet compress by 3% boric acid and moisturizing cream. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Symptoms, signs were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.50%（37/40）, while the control group was 72.50% （29/40） （χ2=4.242, P=0.039）. After treatment, the symptoms and signs scores of treatment group （2.70 ± 0.86 vs. 10.05 ± 1.25, t=30.638） were lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combination of Ziyin-Shengjin decoction for oral administration and for external application, and moisturizing cream can improve clinical symptoms on the patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis.
