摘  要:曙光油田杜813兴隆台南、曙127454兴隆台南区块是典型超稠油区块,受油藏发育差、储层非均质性强、原油物性差等因素影响,油井存在注汽压力高、热量扩散差、加热半径小、地层吸热差等现象,加之现场管理缺少可操作性强的指导方法,导致放喷时间长,热能损失大,生产效果差。通过总结分析兴隆台超稠油区块油井放喷特点,对放喷初期、放喷中期及放喷末期的过程管控分析,摸索制定出"一准备、两完善、三严细"放喷井管理对策。实践证明,放喷初期严格控制采液强度可以有效防止地层出砂,降低套管损坏几率;放喷中期严格掌控井下掺油时机及掺油量控制,可以有效避免地层憋压,缩短放喷时间;放喷末期辅助接力泵及工艺流程改造,可以使放喷更彻底,便于现场管理。这些对策有效提高了区块油井生产时率和生产效果,降低了作业成本。Du 813 and Shu 127454 southern Xinglongtai blocks in Shuguang oilfield are the typical super heavy oil ones.Influenced by poor reservoir development,strong reservoir heterogeneity and poor physical properties of crude oil,the phenomena of high steam injection pressure,weak heat diffusion,small heating radius,poor formation decalescence appeared in oil wells.In addition,there are no operational methods during field management.It results in long time of blowout,large heat loss and poor production effect.Features of oil well blowout in Xinglongtai super heavy oil blocks were analyzed.Process management and control of the blowout at early,medium and later stage were analyzed too.And then management measures of "preparation,improvement,being strict and careful" were developed.Practice has proved that strict control on the liquid production intensity at early stage of the blowout can effectively prevent sand production and reduce the risk of casing damage;strict control on underground oil mixing time and oil mixing volume at medium stage of the blowout can effectively avoid strata pressure build-up and shorten the blowout time;auxiliary relay pump and transformed technical process at later stage of the blowout can make more blowout and help to field management.Production efficiency and effect of the blocks have been improved effectively with lower cost of operation af-ter the measures were taken.
