抽稠泵配套组合在塔河油田的应用研究

摘  要:塔河油田主力油藏为奥陶系碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏,属于典型的超稠油油藏,开采难度极大。随着油田挖潜力度的不断加大,地层能量逐渐下降,机械采油成为主要的举升方式,其中抽稠泵是最主要的采油方式。目前,抽稠泵在生产中躺井率居高不下,主要表现为抽油杆断裂频繁、泵漏失严重以及参数异常等3个方面的问题。从泵型、泵挂深度、杆柱组合等方面分析,通过对抽稠泵泵型及泵间隙研究、泵挂深度的确定与研究、杆柱组合方式优化,根据油井产能预测选择抽稠泵类型及排量范围,根据不同区块原油物性选用不同泵间隙,根据沉没度与黏温拐点要求选择合理泵挂,从而得到合理的抽稠泵配套组合,从源头解决泵型的合理性、泵间隙的优选性,降低断杆率,提高系统效率,间接提高油井的采收率。将该抽稠泵配套组合应用于TH10286H井,转抽作业后实现稳产,日产油约25t/d。Major oil reservoirs in Tahe oilfield are the fractured-vuggy Ordovician carbonate reservoirs,which belong to typical super heavy oil reservoirs and are hard to be produced.Along with the continuous produc-tion,formation energy fell gradually and mechanical oil production has become the main lifting way with dominant heavy oil pump.Now,shut-in rate of the heavy oil pump is always high in the production showing in frequent suck rod break,serious pump leakage and abnormal parameters.Type and clearance of the heavy oil pump were researched.Pump setting depth was fixed and researched.The way of composite rod string was optimized.The type and discharge range of the pump may be chosen according to productivity forecast of oil wells.The pump clearance may be determined according to the physical property of the crude oil in various blocks.Reasonable pump setting depth may be known by submergence and viscosity-temperature inflection point.Then reasonable heavy oil pump and composite rod string may be given.The problems of pump rational-ity and pump clearance optimization may be solved from the beginning.Rod broken rate may be reduced,and system efficiency may be improved,and oil recovery of the oil wells may be enhanced indirectly.The heavy oil pump and composite rod string was applied to well TH10286H.The production is stable after rod pump running with daily oil production of about 25t/d.
