摘  要:导线风压不均匀系数用于表征在较大档距内不均匀分布的风荷载。当前国内外采用的导线风压不均匀系数计算方法大致分为两类:一类不区分脉动风与平均风对风压不均匀系数的影响,笼统地采用一个系数予以表征;一类仅考虑脉动风不均匀性的影响。在对美国ASCE的导线阵风响应系数、Davenport档距系数以及中日德三国风压不均匀系数的计算方法对比分析的基础上,结合实测数据,首先证明了平均风不均匀性的存在,随后以Davenport档距系数计算理论为基础,提出了一种新的风压不均匀系数计算方法。该方法明确区分了平均风与脉动风不均匀性对整档导线风压的影响,考虑影响因素全面,物理意义更为明确。Non-uniform factor of wind pressure of conductor is used for description of non-uniform distribution wind in a large span. The calculation method of non-uniform factor can be divided into two kinds. One method doesn' t distinguish nonuniformity of smooth flow and turbulent flow, and only one coefficient was used. The other method only takes nonuniformity of turbulent flow into consideration. This paper did contrastive research on gust response factor of American load code, Davenport span factor and non-uniform factor of China, Germany and Japan. Integrating with field test data, the nonuniformity of smooth flow was confirmed. And then, on the basis of the theory of Davenport span factor, a novel method which can divide the influence of smooth flow and turbulent flow, and take more influence factors into consideration was provided.
