摘 要:调研了国内外法兰连接的研究及应用情况。通过性能对比提出了用于我国输电钢管塔的带颈法兰形式,提出了柔性带颈对焊法兰的设计流程及设计计算方法,给出了螺栓受力修正系数的取值,结合构造要求及施工条件提出了螺栓定位圆直径K的取值原则,并通过技术经济比较提出了不同法兰形式的适用范围。分别开展了Q345、Q420及Q460强度等级的带颈法兰节点轴拉承载力试验研究,并选取1 000 k V特高压双回线路中应用了柔性带颈法兰的8基钢管塔开展真型试验,并顺利通过了检验。所提出的柔性带颈对焊法兰设计计算方法以及构造、加工等方面的工程建议,已被纳入Q/GDW 391—2009《输电线路钢管塔构造设计规定》中。Research and application of flange connections in transmission towers were investigated. The form of high- neck flange (HNF) applied in steel tube transmission towers in China was presented through capability comparison. Design method and procedure of flexible HNF were proposed. Value of strength modifying coefficient of bolts was advanced. Considering structural needs and construction conditions, calculation principles of the diameter of bolts center circle were also proposed. Application scopes of different types of flange were advanced through technical and economic comparison. Axial tension tests of HNF with strength of Q345, Q420 and Q460, which correspond to Chinese criterion, were carried out. And 8 full-scale steel tube towers of 1 000 kV double circuit alternating current transmission line applied HNF, were tested in the tower test base of China Electric Power Research Institute. Design method and valuable advices on structure, manufacture and installation of HNF presented in this paper are written in Technical Regulation for Conformation Design of Steel Tubular Towers of Transmission Lines (Q/GDW 391--2009).
