摘　　要：随着经济的高速发展和城市的不断扩张,一些存在着严重污染的工厂被迫外迁,遗留下了众多的工业废弃地。以工业废弃地为研究对象,在实地调研和改造设计的基础上,运用分析法和归纳法,提出了工业废弃地及其工业建筑遗产的有机更新和活化利用的模式、方法和准则,对今后我国城市工业废弃地面临类似问题的解决具有参考意义。With the rapid economic development and continuous expansion of the city, there are a number of heavily polluted factories forced to relocate away from the city. Therefore, a large number of industrial wastelands were left behind. Using industrial wastelands as research subjects, based on field research and renovation, both the organic renewal of industrial wastelands and Industrial Heritage, and their activation utilization mode, method and rule, were raised by the methods of analysis and induction, which would have references to similar problems of urban industrial wastelands of China in the future.
