摘 要:山东聊城某商业大厦在强降雨积水形成的高水头作用下侧壁出现渗透破坏,导致基坑周边地面塌陷,危及相邻建筑物安全。通过采用向坑内注水的方式减小坑内外水头差,并对塌陷区域进行及时回填,确保邻近建筑物安全。应急抢险之后对基坑进行了鉴定,在全面分析事故原因的基础上,针对渗透破坏后的基坑现状,通过对周边主动区土体注浆和基坑侧壁中增设自钻式锚杆的方式对基坑进行加固,确保了基坑及周边建筑物的安全,使得工程顺利完成。Seepage failure of a deep excavation in Liaocheng, Shangdong occurred under the effection of high water level induced by heavy rains, which led to ground subsidence and to endanger adjacent buildings. The high water head difference reduced by pouring water to the excavation and the subsidence area was refilled rapidly to ensure the safety of adjacent buildings. Foundation excavation appraisal was proceeded after dealing with an emergency. Based on failure analysis comprehensively, the foundation excavation was reinforced by the combined method of soil grouting around active area and adding self-drilling anchor in the slope. By these measures, the deep excavation and adjacent buildings were safety and the subsequent project could carry out smoothly.
