摘  要:随着汽车保有量的不断增长,城市"停车难"的问题日益突出,严重影响城市道路的通行效率和人民的生活质量,已成为制约城市可持续发展的障碍之一。有效解决城市停车难问题,改善道路通行质量,是当前城市发展的一个重要课题。圆形地下智能停车库可充分利用地下空间,减少对地面空间的占有率,在海外已有二十余年的成功使用经验。通过介绍海外成功经验,以期为我国停车场的建设提供有益的借鉴。The urban parking problems are becoming increasingly predominant with the continuous growth of the available amount of automobiles, which impact seriously the traffic efficiency of urban roads and people's living quality; and these problems have also become one of the obstacles restraining the sustainable development of cities. Therefore, an important isssue in the current development of a city is to solve effectively urban parking problems and improve the traffic quality of the roads. Underground circular intelligent parking garages can use fully underground spaces and decrease the occupancy of surface spaces. Successful experiences of more than 20 years have been got overseas. Through an introduction of the experiences in foreign countries, it was expected to provide useful reference for construction of parking areas in China.
