金融发展、技术进步与产业结构升级——基于西部12省面板数据的经验分析

摘　　要：选取1994-2015年西部12省的数据,采用静态面板模型研究三者之间的关系。结果表明:西部地区金融发展对技术进步存在轻微抑制作用;金融发展对产业结构的调整作用主要体现在第二产业比例的提升;技术进步推动产业结构升级的作用并不明显。最后提出完善金融发展体系,强化金融支持力度;提高科技创新能力,依托技术进步培育新兴优势产业;积极发展现代服务业以促进二三产业协调发展等建议。Based on the 1994-2015 data of 12 western provinces in China,this article uses static panel model to analysis the relationship of the three. The result shows that the scale of financial development in western China has a slight inhibiting effect on technological progress. Financial development can promote upgrading of industrial structure by affecting secondary industry. The upgrading of industrial structure of the effect which comes from technological progress is not significant. At last,this article puts forward to consummating the system of financial development and strengthening financial support. Then,western provinces should improve the ability of technological innovation,relying on technological progress to foster the advantages of the emerging industries. Making full use of the advantages of characteristic resources promotes coordinated development of modern service industries.
