检测板法与HI法测定鸭新城疫抗体比较研究

摘　　要：用新城疫病毒抗体快速检测卡法和血凝抑制试验(HI)同时测定40份鸭血清样品,研究检测板法检测鸭血清的相关关系。结果表明:检测板法和HI法2种方法的阳性符合率为92.59%,阴性符合率为84.62%,阴阳性总体符合率为90%。可见,检测板方法特异、敏感、快速,适用于临床筛查大规模的鸭场新城疫抗体。With Newcastle disease virus antibody rapid detection card and hemagglutination inhibition test（HI） for the simultaneous determination of 40 ducks sera,studied correlation detection plate method for detection of duck serum.The results showed that the positive coincidence rate of HI method and detection plate method was 92.59%,the negative coincidence rate was 84.62%,negative and positive generally conforms to the rate of 90%.Obviously,the detection plate method is specific,sensitive and rapid,and is suitable for the clinical screening of large-scale duck farm Newcastle disease antibody.
