摘 要:旱柳是吸收、转化镉(Cd)的本土先锋植物,可以对Cd污染的土壤进行植物修复。超量Cd会对植物体正常的生理功能产生毒害,影响植物的生长发育。以旱柳为试验材料,研究在不同浓度Cd胁迫下旱柳根系和叶片中过氧化氢(H2O2)和超氧阴离子(O2·-)的含量变化情况,探讨Cd的毒害机制。结果表明,在不同浓度Cd胁迫下,旱柳的根系和叶片会产生活性氧(ROS),从而导致抗氧化酶的活性增高。旱柳根系和叶片中O2·-的含量和H2O2的含量均高于对照组,且随着处理浓度的升高和处理时间的延长,处理组中旱柳根和叶中O2·-和H2O2的含量与对照组存在明显的差异性(P<0.05)。Salix matsudana Koidz is the native pioneer species for absorption and transformation of cadmium(Cd) ,which can be used for the phytoremediation of Cd contaminated soil. Excessive Cd can inhibit the normal physiological functions and affect plant growth and development. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)and superoxide anion (O2^·-)contents in the seedlings of S. matsudana exposed to the different concentrations of Cd were investigated in the present investigation in order to discuss the toxic mechanism of Cd. The results indicated that Cd at the concentrations used more reactive oxygen species (ROS) were produced in the roots and leaves of S. rnatsudana, which resulted in the increased of the activity of antioxidant enzyme. The contents of O2^·- and H2O2 in the roots and leaves of S. mats udana were significantly high (P〈0.05) when compared with controls. The contents of O2^·- and H2O2 increased with increasing Cd concentration and prolonged the treatment time.
