骨间背神经损伤患者应用不同手术方法治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析骨间背神经损伤患者应用不同手术方法的疗效。方法纳入2013-12—2014-12我院收治的60例骨间背神经损伤患者,根据损伤部位和损伤程度,采取5种手术治疗,直接端端吻合治疗者32例,自体神经修复缺陷者5例,神经末梢肌肉植入治疗者6例,单纯神经松懈治疗者11例,肌腱移位术治疗者6例。运用巴塞尔指数(Barthel index)对患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力进行评价,按照英国医学研究会BMRC神经损伤修复综合评价标准评价患者术后运动功能恢复情况。结果治疗前平均Barthel指数示患者日常生活活动能力均较差;运用5种手术治疗的患者,治疗后日常生活活动能力明显提高(P<0.05)。不同手术方法治疗的患者,优良率均较高,单纯神经松懈治疗的优良率甚至达100%。结论根据骨间背神经损伤部位和损伤程度采取不同的手术方法效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of different surgical treatments for patient damage. Methots From December 2013 to December 2014,sixty patients with interosseous d in this study. According to the patients location and degree of injury,the following 5 kinds o plied. End-to-end anastomosis in treatment of 32 cases,autologous nerve repair defects in 5plantation in 6 cases,simple neurolysis treated 11 cases and translocation of tendon were used in 6 cases. The Barthel index was used to compare and evaluate the daily living activity of patients before and after the treatment. According to the British Medical Research Institute of the BMRC nerve damage repair comprehensive evaluation criteria,the recovery of motor function was evaluated after the operation. Results The average of Barthel index before treatment indicated that the activities of daily living ability were poor, the activities of daily living ability after treated by five surgical methods improved obviously. Different surgical methods had some therapeutic effect that the excellent and good rate of the patients after treatment were higher and the excellent rate of patients treated with simple nerve relaxation was even as high as 100%. Conclusion According to the location and degree of injury,different surgical methods for the injury of dorsal nerve have significant effect.
