板角断裂机理及厚型混凝土路面的应用研究

摘  要:分析了水泥混凝土路面易于产生板角断裂的原因,用数值模拟方法分析了完全接触和脱空条件下板角的应力变化规律,结果表明:板角的实际工作状态与设计的状态不相符是导致其断裂破坏的主要原因;不同接触条件下,混凝土路面板角的应力变化规律不同,脱空后的板角应力呈抛物线变化,增加板厚可以显著减小脱空板角的应力。基于脱空板角应力随板厚的变化规律,铺筑了厚度达46 cm的混凝土路面,测试了厚板和薄板混凝土路面板角和临界荷位的应力,研究了厚型混凝土路面的施工工艺,分析了厚型混凝土路面的经济性。结果表明,厚板对于减小临界荷位处和板角的应力效果明显,厚型混凝土路面施工工艺简便,使用寿命长,性价比远高于沥青路面。The reasons of Concrete slab corner fracture were analyzed. The concrete slab corner stress change rule in different foundation contact condition was studied in numerical simulation method. The numerical simulation results show that the causes of concrete slab corner easily fracture are that the slab actual foundation contact condition is not consistent with the design contact condition,and the corner stress of slab changed with the foundation contact condition,the voids lab coner stress change curve is a parabola and increasing thickness of slab can significantly reduce the voids stress. Based on the rule of voids coner surface stress changing with thickness of lab,a thick type test pavement( 46 cm in thickness) was paved and the load stress of corner surface and critical loading position were tested and the construction process of thick type concrete pavement was investigated in the course of test pavement building and its economical efficiency was evaluated. The field thick type slab test results prove that increasing the thickness of slab can observably reduce the stress of voids coner surface and critical load position,thick type concrete pavement is not only simple in construction process but also has long service life and cheaper cost than asphalt pavement in the long run.
