摘　　要：目的了解社会办医医院的经济运行情况，为今后社会办医医院的发展提出建议。方法对172家社会办医医院2011年至2013年的经济运行数据进行定量分析，了解其运行现状及发展趋势；并与全国公立医院的经济运行平均水平进行比较，发现其中存在的问题。结果172家社会办医医院的收支增长较快，2013年总收入和总支出平均增长率分别为22．0％、15．7％；医疗服务能力逐步提高，2013年诊疗人次增长率为12．9％，高于全国公立医院的平均增长率（7．4％）；但病床使用率仅为68．1％，低于全国公立医院的平均病床使用率（93．5％）。结论社会办医医院医疗资源利用率较低。建议健全现代医院管理制度、坚守“诚信经营”底线，与公立医院实施差异化竞争。Objective To make recommendations on the development of private hospitals, by means of investigation and analysis of their business operations. Methods Quantitative and descriptive analysis were used to study business operation data from 2011 to 2013 of the 172 private hospitals, in order to learn their present status and development trends. These data were compared with public hospitals in average to identify problems. Results The revenue and expenditure of theses private hospitals increased at a fast pace,with a revenue growth rate of 22.0% and an expenditure growth rate of 15.7% in 2013. Number of visits gradually improved, with an increase of 12.9%. But the rate of bed occupancy was only 68. 1 %,lower than the average of public hospitals. Conclusions In view of the low resource utilization, the authors recommend such hospitals to improve hospital management systems, and uphold the integrity of business, so as to compete with public hospitals differentially.
