摘  要:取C57BL/6小鼠骨髓细胞,在不同时期进行低温冻存的条件下对其进行诱导和培养,获得树突状细胞(DCs)。经过冻存的DCs复苏后存活率差异无统计学意义;各组DCs均高表达CD11c,低表达CD80、CD86及主要组织相容性复合体-Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ)分子;混合淋巴细胞反应及培养上清液中白介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的差异无统计学意义。表明在不同时期进行低温冻存的DCs仍能保持稳定的生物特性。The C57 BL /6 mice bone marrow cells were induced and cultivated and cryostoraged at different stages to obtain dendritic cells( DCs) for two groups respectively. The DCs without cryopreservation was control group.We found that no statistical significance of survival rate in anabiotic DCs was between the two groups. There were a higher expression of CD11c and lower expression of CD80,CD86 and major histocompatibility complex class-Ⅱ( MHC-Ⅱ) in three group cells. The mixed lymphocyte reaction and the levels of interleukin-10( IL-10) and transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1) were not statistically significant. We concluded that biological characteristics can be conserved stability in DCs with cryopreservation at different stages.
