摘 要:以相似原理为基础,通过建立几何相似比0.28:1的水模型对两流230 mm×1 300 mm板坯连铸63.27 t中间包流场进行模拟实验,研究通道式过滤器对中间包钢液流动状态的影响。结果表明,单纯的湍流控制器+挡墙、挡坝,中间包活塞区体积偏小,死区体积偏大;用钢液过滤器代替挡坝后优化效果明显,且安装简单,成本低,优化后的中间包钢液平均停留时间由348.22 s延长至400.15 s,峰值时间由原来的172.4 s延长至196.0 s,死区体积由22.49%减小至9.69%。Based on similarity principle and by established geometric similarity ratio 0.28:1 water model, the simulation test on flow field in 63.27 t tundish for two strands 230 mm× 1 300 mm slab casting has been carried out to study the effect of channel filter on tundish liquid flow situation. Results show that only with turbulence inhibitor + wall and dam the plug flow area in tundish is relatively smaller and the dead area is rather larger; with placing dam by channel liquid filter the optimization effect is obvious and the installation is simplified with low cost, and the average resident time of liquid in optimized tundish increases from 348. 22 s to 400. 15 s, the peak time increases from original 172. 4 s to 196.0 s and the dead volume decreases from 22.49% to 9. 69%.
