摘　　要：济南的美从来都是毋庸置疑的。这里有＂家家泉水,户户垂杨＂的老城风貌,有开全国风气之先的商埠风情,有勾勒城市最美天际线的中央商务区……它们,让700万泉城市民的幸福指数与日俱增,并让济南在2016年发布的中国城市居民幸福感排名中名列前茅。其实,伴随着社会的发展,以及市民对人居环境的研究,幸福理念已逐步走入人们的视野,并已被运用到城市的建设中。With the development of society and the deepening pursuit of life quality,the idea of Happy City Life has come to mind,and applied in the city construction.Jinan perfectly exemplified this idea as she is now endeavoring to build the high-standard CBD where natural enchantments are preserved among city avenues and skyscrapers.The 3.2 sq-meter Jinan Central Business District has no lacking in natural scenery:Mount.Maoling,Yanchi,Hong,Muniu,and Daxing River complete a nice ecological environment.To maximize this natural advantage,a South-North ribbon park and an East-West Green scenery corridor were specially designed and planned.Moreover,it has been designed into small-scale pattern:100×100 street tiles,30 meter street space,broader crosswalks,highly restricted speed limit,as more convenience and safety is provided for walking.Although road networks were designed small-scale,the macroscopic transportation was designed to extend in all directions.By the time Jinan CBD completes,a new transportation hub will be in service,connecting Yaoqiang International Airport,the new East railway station,Jinan railway station and Jinan West railway station.New city LRT lines were also planned,joining 4 BRT lines,to form a new public transportation network.
