摘　　要：目的:分析我国老年人健康领域社会工作存在的问题,为社会工作相关部门开展及改进社会工作提供依据。方法:通过系统的文献复习的方法收集我国老年人健康领域社会工作存在的问题,从内部和外部环境的视角将问题进行整理归纳。结果:外部环境存在的主要问题是相关配套措施不完善、政府对老年社会工作投入不足、社会对老年社会工作认同度不高、老年社会工作教育和理论体系不健全;内部环境存在的主要问题是社会工作者缺乏实务经验、服务对象对社会工作认知不足、工作内容缺乏专业性以及介入路径单一。结论:解决这些问题既需要政府加大对社会工作开展的各方面的支持,同时也需要社会组织不断完善自身建设。Objective To analyze the problems of social work in the field senile health service and to provide basis for improving the work of relevant departments of social work. Methods Literature review was used to systematically col- lect the problems of social work for the health of older people in China from the perspectives of internal and external environment. Results The primary problems of external environment were lack of related supporting measures,govern- ment investment, social identification, sound education and theory system. The internal environment problems were lack of practical experience for social workers, cognition of social work from case subject, professionalism and varieties of in- tervening methods. Conclusions In order to solve these problems, more government support will be needed to support social work in the field of senile health service. Meanwhile, social organizations need improve their own development.
