摘  要:目的探讨青霉素酶免疫血清在治疗产青霉素酶葡萄球菌感染中的作用。方法采用青霉素酶加弗氏完全佐剂、弗氏不完全佐剂充分乳化后,于新西兰兔背部皮下多点注射,制备青霉素酶免疫血清。以肉汤培养管中加入产青霉素酶的金黄色葡萄球菌、青霉素酶免疫血清和青霉素为实验组,同时设立肉汤培养管中加入产青霉素酶的金黄色葡萄球菌和青霉素酶免疫血清的实验对照组、仅有营养肉汤的实验空白组和肉汤培养管中加入青霉素和产青霉素酶的金黄色葡萄球菌的空白组,进行体外实验,观察培养基有无细菌生长,并采用Phoenix100细菌鉴定仪鉴定所生长细菌是否为金黄色葡萄球菌。同时制备新西兰兔产青霉素酶金黄色葡萄球菌感染模型,分为实验组(经耳静脉注射青霉素酶免疫血清和青霉素)、空白对照组(仅经耳静脉注射青霉素)、实验对照组(仅经耳静脉注射青霉素酶免疫血清),连续观察各组新西兰兔体温、血培养变化。结果体外培养72 h后,实验组、实验空白组无细菌生长;空白组和实验对照组有金黄色葡萄球菌生长。体内注射后第2、3、4、5、6天,实验组新西兰兔体温升高者均少于实验对照组(χ2=5.051、5.051、5.051、7.500、7.540,P〈0.05)和空白对照组(χ^2=7.200、5.058、7.200、5.495、7.540,P〈0.05);第7天,实验组新西兰兔与实验对照组和空白对照组比较,体温增高者差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.058、3.529,P〉0.05)。第1、2、3、4、5、6、7天,实验对照组新西兰兔与空白对照组比较体温增高者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000、0.267、0.000、0.267、0.220、0.059、0.024,P〉0.05)。接种后第2天,实验组新西兰兔血培养阳性者与实验对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.333,P〉0.05),但显著低于空白对照组(χ^2=5.051,P〈0.05);实验对照组新西兰兔血培养阳性者与空白对照组比较�Objective To investigate the function of penicillinase immune serum in the treatment of producing penicil- linase staphylococci infection. Methods Penicillinase was emulsionized by Freund's complete adjuvant and Freund's incom- plete adjuvant, the admixture was multi-point subcutaneous injected in New Zealand rabbit to prepare the penicillinase immune serum. Experimental group( added the producing penicillinase Staphylococcus aureus and penicillin and penicillinase immune serum in the broth tube) and experimental control group (add the producing penicillinase Staphylococcus aureus and penicillin- ase immune serum in the broth tube) and experimental blank group ( only broth in tube) and blank group ( add the producing penicillinase Staphylococcus aureus and penicillin in the broth tube) were set up to observe if having bacteria growth in the a- bove groups and identifying the growing bacteria to be or not Staphylococcus aureus by Phoenixl00. New Zealand rabbits infec- tion model was prepared by using producing penicillinase Staphylococcus aureus, experimental group (via ear vein injection of penicillinase immune serum and penicillin) and blank control group (only the ear vein injection of penicillin), experimental control group(only the ear vein injection of penicillinase immune serum) were set up and New Zealand rabbits body tempera- ture and blood culture change were continuous observed. Results After cultured 72 h in vitro, experimental group and experi- mental blank group had no bacterial growth;blank group and experimental control group grew Staphylococcus aureus. The sec- ond to the sixth day after injection ,the number of fervescence in experimental group was less than that in the experimental con- trol group(x2 = 5.051,5.051,5.051,7. 500,7. 540, P 〈 O. 05 ) and blank control group (X2 = 7. 200,5. 058,7. 200,5. 495, 7. 540, P 〈 O. 05 ) ; on the seventh day, compared with experimental control group and blank control group, there was no signifi- cant difference in t
