摘　　要：魏氏梭菌广泛分布于食物、人畜肠道、土壤等自然环境,分为A,B,C,D和E型并产生多种毒素.对魏氏梭菌外毒素的结构、作用机制、遗传学特性和动物疾病中的作用进行阐述,以期对魏氏梭菌产生的各种外毒素深入研究提供有价值参考.Clostridium welchii is widespread in food, human and animal intestines, soil and other natural environments. Clostridium welchii strains are classified into five toxinotypes A, B, C, D and E based on the production of toxins. In this re- search, we mainly elaborated the structure of the exotoxin, mechanism of action, gefaetic characteristics and the role of animal diseases. We expect to provide valuable information for the in-depth study of various exotoxin of Clostridium welchii.
