原发性痛经患者红外热图特征

摘　　要：目的应用红外热成像技术观察分析寒凝与非寒凝因素所致的痛经人群的红外热图表达,以及与正常人群的红外热图差异。方法选择60例原发性痛经的患者,其中寒凝证候组与非寒凝证候组各30例,设同年龄段的正常健康女性30例为对照组。采用红外热成像扫描,分别测定上肢、下肢、盆腔、神阙、督脉和任脉6个区域热值,采用数据统计软件SPSS 17.0进行分析。结果 1与对照组比较,痛经组盆腔、神阙、上肢、下肢区域热值明显偏低,任脉区域热值略低,差异均具有统计学意义。2痛经人群中,寒凝证候组与非寒凝证候组热图表达仅上肢区域热值有明显差异,寒凝证候组低于非寒凝证候组。3寒凝证候组中病程越长的患者测温区的温值越低。结论原发性痛经患者上肢、下肢、盆腔、神阙及任脉的红外热图热值明显低于正常人群,且越接近肢体末端,差异越明显。痛经人群中,寒凝证候组与非寒凝证候组在热图表达上差异不明显。Objective Infrared thermal imaging technology was used to analyze the infrared thermal image of coagulated cold and non-coagulated cold induced dysmenorrhea, and the difference with healthy people. Methods 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were involved in this study, including coagulated cold group （n = 30） and non-coagulated group （n = 30）. 30 healthy cases in the same age were chosen as control group. Infrared thermal imaging were conducted on all cases. The calorific value was detected on 6 zones ： upper limb, lower limbs, pelvic cavity, Shenque, Du meridian and Ren meridian. SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data. Results （1） Compared to control group, the calorific value of pelvic cavity, Shenque, Ren meridian, upper limbs and lower limbs of dysmenorrhea group was significantly lower, the difference was significant. （2） In dysmenorrhea group, significant difference only showed in upper limbs, the calorific value of coagulated cold group was lower than non-coagulated cold group. （3）In coagulated group, the patients with longer dysmenorrhea history, the calorific value was lower. Conclusion The calorific value of upper limbs, lower limbs pelvic cavity, Shenque and Ren meridian of primary dysmenorrhea group was significantly lower than healthy group, and the difference was significant in extremities. In dysmenorrhea group, there is no significant difference between coagulated cold group and non-coagulated group.
