摘　　要：目的:分析肿瘤患者化疗期间的跌倒风险。方法:采用肿瘤患者跌倒风险评估量表,对343例肿瘤静脉化疗患者,在化疗前、中、后进行跌倒风险评估,分析不同时期跌倒得分水平的差异。结果:化疗前、中、后,患者不同级别跌倒风险的分布比例,差异有统计学意义(x^2=1260.753,P<0.001);本组患者化疗前、中、后的跌倒风险评分分别是(1.08±1.93)分、(3.07±1.96)分、(1.76±1.90)分,差异有统计学意义(F=92.283,P<0.001);按连续不同化疗天数分组,4组间的跌倒风险分数差异无统计学意义(F=0.511,P>0.05)。结论:静脉化疗增加患者跌倒风险,建议对静脉化疗患者直接实施跌倒高危管理模式管理,在化疗前落实跌倒高危的干预措施,提高工作效率,出院后还应加强预防跌倒的延伸服务,保障患者安全。Objective： To explore the effect of intravenous chemotherapy on the fall risk of the cancer patients. Methods： Using fall risk assessment scale of cancer patients to assess the fall risk in 343 cancer patients before chemotherapy, undergoing chemotherapy and after chemotherapy and to analyze the difference on fall risk score in three stages. Results： ① The distribution proportion of cancer patients which had different grade of fall risk in three stages of chemotherapy were significant different （X^2=260.753, P〈0.001）.② The fall risk score before chemotherapy, undergoing chemotherapy and after chemotherapy were 1.08±1.93, 3.07=1.96 and 1.76±1.90 respectively, and they were statistically significant （F=92.283, P〈0.001）. ③ According to the days receiving chemotherapy, we divided the patients into four different groups. And there were no significant difference of fall risk score in different groups （F=0.511, P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Intravenous chemotherapy could increase the fall risk in cancer patients. We should take high risk management model for the patients with intravenous chemotherapy and take measures to prevent the risk of fall before chemotherapy for increasing the work efficiency. After the patients discharged, we should also pay attention to the fall risk of the patients to ensure the patients＇ safety.
